Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations

At HerbanBud, we take great care to ensure every order is packed accurately and shipped promptly. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final, but we want to make things right when something goes wrong, and we offer a short cancellation window for changes of heart.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on delivered orders.

The only exceptions are:

  • Lost shipments: packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier
  • Damaged shipments: products that arrive damaged due to shipping

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages) at support@herbanbud.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product (for damage claims)

We'll review your claim promptly and, when approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

We're happy to cancel your order for a full refund if both of the following are true:

  1. Your cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase, and
  2. Your order has not yet been processed or assigned a shipping label

Once an order has been processed and a shipping label issued, it can no longer be cancelled.

To cancel an order, email us at support@herbanbud.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Order #[your order number]" as soon as possible. The faster you reach out, the more likely we can catch it in time.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
